Frankie Young

Frankie Young, RN, BA, BSN, is an experienced nurse and cosmetic injector with more than 15 years of clinical experience spanning critical care, trauma medicine, aesthetic surgery, and non-surgical aesthetics.

A 2006 graduate of Columbia University, Frankie began her nursing career at the Bothin Burn Center in San Francisco. During that time, she also worked alongside a burn surgeon in his private aesthetic surgery practice, giving her early exposure to the precision, anatomy, and artistry involved in cosmetic medicine.

After moving to Austin, Frankie continued her work in Level I trauma care while further developing her expertise in aesthetic injections. Today, she is known for her thoughtful approach, technical skill, and ability to create refreshed, natural-looking results with Botox and dermal fillers.

Frankie approaches every face individually, combining a nurse’s understanding of anatomy with an injector’s eye for balance, proportion, and subtle refinement.

Clinical & Aesthetic Expertise

Frankie’s background in burn care and Level I trauma gave her a strong clinical foundation in anatomy, patient safety, precision, and decision-making under pressure. Those skills now inform every aspect of her aesthetic practice.

Her injectable work focuses on enhancing rather than changing a patient’s appearance. Frankie takes the time to understand each patient’s goals and develops a personalized treatment approach designed to preserve expression, facial harmony, and individuality.
