With more than two decades of leadership and management experience, Brandy Chandler brings a unique combination of business expertise, patient-centered care, and a lifelong passion for aesthetics to BEAUX MedSpa.
For more than 15 years, Brandy has worked within the aesthetics and plastic surgery industry, helping guide the growth and operations of a major Texas plastic surgery practice while also consulting with plastic surgeons and medical spas on management, operations, and patient experience.
Today, as MedSpa Director and co-owner of BEAUX, Brandy helps shape the experience behind the brand, from day-to-day operations and team development to long-term growth and the elevated level of service patients have come to expect.
Leadership & Experience
Brandy earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling, a background that has played an important role in her approach to leadership, communication, team building, and understanding the individual needs of both patients and staff.
Her interest in aesthetics began much earlier through fashion and interior design, giving her a natural appreciation for balance, detail, presentation, and the way thoughtful design can influence how people feel.
She ultimately found her professional home in plastic surgery and medical aesthetics, where she could combine that creative instinct with her strengths in business, leadership, and relationship building.
