Carli Baker
Carli Baker, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Director of Clinical Services at BEAUX MedSpa, bringing a strong background in critical care, family medicine, plastic surgery, and aesthetic medicine to her role.
Carli began her nursing career in 2012 after earning her undergraduate degree in Nutritional Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin and completing nursing school at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.
Her early clinical experience included working as a registered nurse in the Trauma and Surgical ICU at Ben Taub Hospital, a Level I trauma center in Houston. That high-acuity environment helped shape the clinical judgment, precision, and patient-centered approach she brings to aesthetic medicine today.
Clinical Background
After gaining critical-care experience, Carli returned to UTMB to earn her master’s degree and became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016.
She initially practiced in urgent care, further expanding her experience in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education before transitioning into plastic surgery and medical aesthetics.
Her broad medical background allows her to approach aesthetic care with a strong clinical foundation while maintaining the personalized, approachable experience BEAUX patients expect.

As Director of Clinical Services, Carli helps support the clinical standards, patient experience, and day-to-day delivery of care across the BEAUX team.
She especially values the relationships she builds with patients and families, taking the time to make people feel at ease while helping them pursue results that feel natural, thoughtful, and aligned with their goals.

Outside of work, Carli enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, traveling, discovering new restaurants, and catching live music around Austin.
